We hope you love what you've ordered, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 of delivery.

Please refer to the following instructions and exceptions:
• Please initiate your return within 30 days of receipt.
• If you want to exchange your items for a different size or color, we recommend processing the new purchase quickly as items do sell out.
• Damaged or missing items? Please contact Customer Service for assistance upon receipt of your order.

In addition:
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
• Returned items must be unworn and have no visible signs of use.
• Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate your return:
1) Log into your Customer Account, find the order you wish to return and click the Return Items link.
2) Next, specify the Qty To Return, Return Reason, and Return Action. You will also have the option to leave a comment.
3) After submitting the Return Request, you will see the Return Instructions and receive a confirmation email.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Return Shipping Fees:
• Damaged items or items received in the wrong color or size can be returned at no cost to you.
• For items being returned due to an exchange for a different color or size, or for items being returned for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
